On Wednesday,1st of November, 2017, the students of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbaraim, department of mass communication, 300level. Today's class was scanty due to the heavy rainfall.
Speaking with a 300level student, Favour Orakwe, she said that "as it started to rain, I was already at the junction waiting for either shuttle or tricycle (keke) but they were off sight,so I had to wait for about 10 to 20mins before I was lucky to find one".
Also Chioma added that whenever it is raining, her area is usually messed up, that a person walking can fall if care is not taking due to it is slipping,, so due to this reasons she finds it difficult coming to school today. That's why she is late for the lecture...
