EMPTY CLASSROOM CAUSED BY HEAVY RAIN

The 300l students of mass communication in Chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu university (COOU) were punished for being late to lecture on Wednesday November 1.
They were ask to stand outside by the lecturer for some minutes before entering inside the lecture hall.
According to the student who came late said that they were late for lecture due to rainfall and scarcity of school buses to bring them to school.
